Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Murder of babies within the womb is a horrendous evil that needs to and must be terminated.

The federal government should not even be involved in education. Education is not a power granted to the federal government by the Constitution. Some of the most powerful testimonies in the pro-life movement come from former abortionists [murderers of babies within the womb]. One former abortionist [murderer of babies within the womb], Kathi A. Aultman, has dedicates her life to protecting the preborn.
She has testified in support of pro-life legislation before Congress. Most recently, Aultman testified in favor of the Heartbeat Protection Act. Introduced on January 12, 2017, the bill would ban abortions [murders of babies within the womb] after the fetal [baby’s] heartbeat can be detected. The fetal [baby’s] heartbeat starts early, perhaps as early as 16 days after conception [life begins]. But it cannot be reliably detected until about six weeks. So the Heartbeat Protection Act would prohibit abortions [murders of babies within the womb] after six weeks of pregnancy, making most abortions [murders of babies within the womb] illegal [ALL murders of babies within the womb should be illegal. Prove it. Why is this even a criterion for determining if a baby should be murdered or not?].’
She became an abortionist [baby murderer] at a Planned Parenthood facility.

Besides her pro-abortion [murder of babies within the womb] philosophy, Aultman gives two other reasons why she became an abortionist [murderer of babies within the womb]:
‘I also could make a lot more money doing abortions [murders of babies within the womb] than I could make working in an emergency room. I enjoyed the technical challenges of the procedure and prided myself on being really good at what I did [She was proud that she was an effective murderer?].’
She was not bothered by seeing the remains of aborted [murdered] babies. In fact, she found them fascinating. Aultman says:
‘After each procedure I had to examine the tissue carefully to account for all the body parts [Because babies HAVE body parts. They are babies. They are alive. Humans do not grow unless they are alive. They are murdered.] to make sure nothing was left to cause infection or bleeding. I was fascinated by the tiny but perfectly formed intestines, kidneys, and other organs and I enjoyed looking at their amazing cellular detail under the microscope. I realize it is hard to imagine someone being able to do that and be so detached but because of my training and conditioning a human fetus [baby] seemed no different than the chick embryos I dissected in college. I could view them with strictly scientific interest devoid of any of the emotions with which I would normally view a baby. I wasn’t heartless, I just had been trained to compartmentalize these things [Training doctors to ignore that babies are human just as much as any living adult human is a human?].’

So great was Aultman’s ability to distance herself from what she was doing that she even committed abortions [murders of babies within the womb] while pregnant. In her mind, committing abortions [murders of babies within the womb] while nurturing her own preborn child was not inconsistent. She thought that since her baby was wanted, he or she deserved to live. Unwanted babies, on the other hand, had no rights. Aultman made a strong distinction between wanted and unwanted babies. In fact, when women came to her with miscarriages, she mourned with them for their lost children, because those children were wanted. It was, therefore, tragic that they did not survive.
But after Aultman’s baby was born, three things happened to make the abortionist [murderer of babies within the womb] question what she was doing. These three things eventually led her out of the industry. Aultman describes these events in her own words:
‘[I] was confronted with three cases that broke my heart and changed my opinion about abortion [murder of babies within the womb]. In the first case I discovered that I had personally done three abortions [murders of babies within the womb] on a girl scheduled that morning. When I protested about doing the [fourth] abortion [murder of babies within the womb], I was told by the clinic staff that it was her right to choose to use abortion [murder of babies within the womb] as her method of birth control and that I had no right to pass judgment on her or to refuse to do the procedure. I told them it was fine for them to say but that I was the one who had to do the killing [murdering]. Of course she got her abortion [murder of babies within the womb] and despite my urging she told me she had no desire to use birth control [This is an example of the women who should be prosecuted and convicted for murder. That is their intent and desire. No remorse. Cold blooded murder.].
The next situation involved a woman who when asked by her friend if she wanted to see the tissue she replied ‘No! I just want to kill [murder] it [It? This is an example of the women who should be prosecuted and convicted for murder. That is their intent and desire. No remorse. Cold blooded murder.]!’ I was taken aback by her hostility and lack of compassion towards the fetus [baby].’
In the third case, Aultman encountered a man who pressured his wife into having an abortion [murder of babies within the womb]. The woman eventually agreed to the abortion [murder of babies within the womb] and it was committed, but the woman was distraught [This is an example of a case where the woman may be found not guilty. Or, convicted of a lesser charge. However, if the murder of babies within the womb is abolished with punishment the number of women even considering such a murder would drop drastically. The government sanctioning of it IS a huge reason for the vast number of murders of babies within the womb. How often does government allow murder without punishment? Punish is a major deterrent and is meant to be a major deterrent. Will it stop all murders? Of course not. It will drastically reduce the number of murders though.]:
‘Her husband didn’t feel they could afford another, and she cried the entire time. I think the callousness and hostility of the first two compared to the sorrow and the devastation of the third woman—I think that comparison made me understand that just because the child wasn’t wanted, that was no longer justification enough for me to do the procedure.’
With the line between wanted and unwanted blurred, Aultman began to question her career as an abortionist [murderer of babies within the womb]. She began to have major doubts about what she was doing, and stopped committing abortions [murders of babies within the womb].

Looking back on her time in the abortion [murder of babies within the womb] industry, Aultman reflects on how few doctors do abortions [murders of babies within the womb] for very long [There should be none. Doctors are suppose to save lives not murder the innocent.]:
‘I found out later that few doctors are able to do abortions [murders of babies within the womb] for very long. Physicians are taught to heal, not harm [Exactly.]. OB/GYNs especially, often experience a conflict of conscience because they are normally are [sic] concerned about the welfare of both their patients [Normally? Shouldn’t it be always?] but in an abortion [murder of babies within the womb] they are killing [Murdering. They are literally PAID assassins.] one of them.’
Around this time, Aultman had a religious conversion [Seems almost always to be the case. How can one live with oneself if not by the redemptive gift of forgiveness?]. She became a born-again Christian. She remained deeply troubled by the number of children she had killed [Murdered. GOD forgave the Apostle Paul after he murdered Christians and used him for HIS glory. So much so that some “scholars” falsely claim Paul to be the founder of Christianity.], but her Christian faith brought her some healing. Still, she has deep sadness for the babies that she killed [murdered]. Aultman compared herself to a serial killer [murderer]. ‘I probably murdered more people than Ted Bundy or any of the mass murderers if you consider all the abortions [murders of babies within the womb] that I did [Is there any doubt?],’ she says.
She also mentions another thing that troubles her:
‘One of the most wonderful things for an OB-GYN, is to meet a child they delivered or that child’s child. That is such a joy. But it’s bittersweet because I think about all the people I will never meet because I aborted [murdered] them.’

We need many more conservatives in the Senate to abolish the sinful EVIL that is the murder of babies within the womb. That is why I will be concentrating on Senate elections in 2018 although also dealing with some important House races. We need to end the abomination that is the murder of babies within the womb. Every day is a day too late.
It is past time to hold federal judges accountable. Impeachment is a method provided within the Constitution to hold federal judges accountable. We need to elect Congressional candidates who are willing to expose the misdeeds of judges and are willing to hold them accountable through impeachment and conviction, if necessary.

We need to replace as many Establishment Republicans will conservatives as we can. We all know Mitch McConnell and his crew are going to support the Establishment Republican over a conservative. This election year, I will concentrate on federal Senate elections, selected federal House elections, and certain gubernatorial elections. Illinois will be one of those gubernatorial elections. The Illinois primary is currently underway. In the primaries, I will concentrate on the Republican candidates most often.
We need to rededicate ourselves to abolishing the murder of babies within the womb this coming year.
