Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Murder of babies within the womb is a horrendous evil that needs to and must be terminated.

Section 4 of the amendment reads as follows: ‘No bill to increase revenue shall become law unless approved by a majority of the whole number of each House by a rollcall vote.’
Think about it: On the one hand, this would codify into the Constitution a requirement to balance the budget, but on the other hand, it allows taxes to be raised by just a simple majority vote! Republicans refuse to tinker with the Senate rules or even recent practice of requiring 60 votes in the Senate for spending cuts, but they will now codify language in the Constitution to raise taxes with just 51 vote [sic]—while under the gun to balance the budget. This would essentially lead to endless tax increases, because we know they will never cut spending [From past experience that is obvious.]. The balanced budget requirement would give them an easy excuse to raise taxes with a simple majority [See below.].
[There seems to be some confusion over the terms simple majority and absolute majority. I looked up the definitions on the internet and there was confusion on the definitions there too. I will tell you how I learned it which I believe to be the correct definitions. At the present time, bills in Congress are passed by a simple majority. A simple majority is 50%+ of those voting. For example, in the Senate there are 100 possible votes if every Senator votes. However, that is not always the case. If only 97 Senators vote, in a simple majority vote, it takes 49 Senators voting yes to pass the bill. In an absolute majority vote in the 100 member Senate, it takes 51 yes votes to pass the bill regardless of the number of members voting. Thus, if 97 Senators vote for the bill, it still takes 51 yes votes to pass the bill not the 49 yes votes in a simple majority situation. With the phrase “whole number of each House” this proposed Amendment is changing the vote from a simple majority to an absolute majority. In the House of Representatives, that would mean 218 yes votes regardless of the number of House members voting. 218 being an absolute majority of the total 435 House membership. Therefore, it is a slight improvement. However, the author is correct that whether intentional or unintended, it does make it more likely to have taxes raised to balance the budget than cutting spending.
There is another problem. Illinois requires a balanced budget constitutionally. It has not balanced a budget since at least 2004 when I first moved back to Illinois from Arizona. The budget sometimes “looks” balanced by budgetary manipulation and trickery. However, it has not been balanced and Illinois has gone deeper into debt for at least the last 14 years including this fiscal year when it was claimed the budget was balanced with income taxes being raised by approximately one third.
A balance budget requirement has never been success balancing a budget at the State level just because the requirement was there. The legislators have to abide by the rules to have it happen. An Amendment of and by itself will not balance the budget. It will only be balanced by elected Congressmen who are determined to balance the budget. When have we last seen that? Even the claimed balanced budgets of the Clinton years did not occur. The national debt increased each year as budget manipulation within the budget made the budget appear to be balanced.]
Even without the concern of tax increases, this particular amendment is a joke [True.]. Aside from the standard exception for a balancing [sic] the budget during times of war, the proposal allows three-fifths of Congress to waive the requirement for a balanced budget even during times of peace.
Guess what? The Senate just passed the omnibus bill with 65 votes, and the House was just shy of the three-fifths threshold (256-157). Undoubtedly, if 262 votes in the House would be the new 218 for budget bills, they would easily get a few more of the ‘hope yes, vote no’ crowd to vote for it [It is a lot easier for legislators at both the State and federal level to spend money than it is to cut spending. They are spending money that is not their own to “help” people who will vote for them to continue the money flowing.].
Amazingly, this clever subterfuge comes at a time when it’s becoming completely clear that the problem with our budget is all on the spending side of the ledger [Absolutely. That is almost always the case.]. Revenues are near all-time highs, and even after massive tax cuts, revenues are only down slightly, while spending grew seven percent in March, compared to this time last year. There is no way to tax our way or grow our way out of this crisis, [Absolutely true. The only way out is to CUT spending because SPENDING is the problem.] when interest on the debt will surpass military spending in five years and rival even Medicare spending in 15 years [The Federal Reserve deliberately kept interest rates low to slow the increase in the cost of the national debt. Now that the Obama Administration is out of office, interest rates are rising and the cost of borrowed money is increasing which means the interest on our national debt will also be increasing EVEN IF our national debt was not increasing. A simplified example: 21 trillion debt at 3% interest = 21,000,000,000,000 X 3% = 630,000,000,000 interest. 21 trillion debt at 5% interest = 21,000,000,000,000 X 5% = 1,050,000,000,000 interest. 1,050,000,000,000 minus 630,000,000,000 = 420,000,000,000 increase in interest payments because of the increase in interest rates. Can you even read the number?].
A balanced budget amendment with teeth would require a simple majority for spending cuts and a super-majority for tax increases [And that will not pass. It is much easier to cut spending than to pass an Amendment to cut spending. We need Congressmen who have the will to cut spending and who will be held accountable if they do not.].

We need many more conservatives in the Senate to abolish the sinful EVIL that is the murder of babies within the womb. That is why I will be concentrating on Senate elections in 2018 although also dealing with some important House races. We need to end the abomination that is the murder of babies within the womb. Every day is a day too late.
It is past time to hold federal judges accountable. Impeachment is a method provided within the Constitution to hold federal judges accountable. We need to elect Congressional candidates who are willing to expose the misdeeds of judges and are willing to hold them accountable through impeachment and conviction, if necessary.

We need to replace as many Establishment Republicans will conservatives as we can. We all know Mitch McConnell and his crew are going to support the Establishment Republican over a conservative. They have time after time. We last saw it in Alabama where Establishment Republicans including Mitt Romney actually helped the Leftist win the special election.
This election year, I will concentrate on federal Senate elections, selected federal House elections, and certain gubernatorial elections. Illinois will be one of those gubernatorial elections. The Illinois primary is currently underway. In the primaries, I will concentrate on the Republican candidates most often.
We need to rededicate ourselves to abolishing the murder of babies within the womb this coming year. The sooner the murder of babies within the womb is abolished, the more innocent lives that will be saved. Pray and then get actively involved in the solution. If we are not part of the solution, we are part of the problem. Words have consequences. Actions have consequences. Inaction has consequences.

The best, most constitutional way to accomplish abolishing abortion is to do the following:
1) Congress by law affirms that human life begins at conception/fertilization.

2) Congress by law affirms that human life is protected by both Amendments Five and Fourteen from the beginning of life at conception to the end of life through natural causes.
3) Congress by law affirms that the taking of a human life within the womb is a criminal offense and establishes the legal parameters for prosecuting and punishing all such criminal offenses. Congress by law affirms that any local official and/or State official who tries to hinder and/or does not apply these laws properly has committed a criminal offense. Congress by law establishes the legal parameters for prosecuting and punishing all such criminal offenses.
4) Congress by law affirms that any and all previous court case rulings in contradiction to these specific laws passed by Congress are null and void.
5) Congress by law removes the courts from any ability to alter and/or invalidate any provisions of these specific laws passed by Congress.
