Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need one more Constitutional Justice and the one appointed has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Murder of babies within the womb is a horrendous evil that needs to and must be terminated.

Early on in the Trump administration, a call was heard to pull federal funds from schools like Berkeley for violent protests in response to simple speech, but then it fizzled out [Because Establishment Republicans don’t want to do anything that will upset the Left. They would much rather fight conservatives within their own party than the Left.] .
Calling for more pay, teachers in Kentucky, Oklahoma, and other states [Arizona teachers just this week are calling for a strike.] are engaging in strikes. A national walkout was organized across the nation, if not directly organized by them certainly encouraged by these unionized public workers [Leftist directed and the leadership in both major teachers’ unions are Leftists. They support Leftist candidates, the murder of babies within the womb even though those same babies would one day be students, and the radical homosexual agenda.], teaching children to rise up against their own nation’s constitution using their well-rehearsed chants and placards. The mob mentality that some of our nation’s schoolteachers are managing to teach our children is an outrage.
Curriculums in [many of] our high schools misstate or openly condemn our nation’s Founding based on anti-democratic lies and selective editing of history; we are indeed orchestrating the death of our nation by subjecting our children to public schooling.
Good teachers with solid American principles leave the profession due to the heightened political atmosphere, an outcome of Marxist worldview. It is foolish to believe that a federal bureaucracy that has been allowed to dictate curriculum to all of the nation’s schools, except of course the smart ones that refuse to take the funding, can be ‘good’ or ;bad’ depending on which political party is in power in Washington D.C. [The federal government has NO constitutional authority or power over education. It is a power reserved only to the States per Amendment X.].

It most certainly would have been more consistent with how radical the Marxist agitators in the leadership of teachers unions have become.
But if all these factors aren’t good enough reasons to say bon voyage to the Department of Education bureaucracy, let’s not forget the sickening reports of child sexual predators whose outrageous behavior is hardly even recognized as child abuse. Three reports in just four days in March tell the stories of female teachers having sex with their students.

3) Arkansas teacher, 26, will not see jail time after having sex with four of her students, two on the same night [How could she not have received jail time? That’s just the headlines of news reports from one week in March! What the [Expletive deleted.] is going on? There are literally hundreds if not thousands of these stories.
And what about all the kids suffering at the hands of their teachers and trusted authorities who are not believed when they speak out? In Colorado, a male teacher raped a 14-year-old girl, and not only was it not reported, she was made to hug her attacker as an act of ‘forgiveness [Where are the parents? Was the teacher charged criminally? Who “made” her hug her attacker?].’ What about the Larry Nassar rapes that occurred over 20 years at Michigan State University and the numerous times those girls were told, ‘He’s an Olympic doctor, he knows what he’s doing?’
I can hear the complaint from big-government advocates now, ‘What does all this have to do with the Department of Education?’
Here’s the problem: The nation’s taxpayers have zilch to say about any of this. Supposedly, Joel Osteen said his church would not be available during the current Houston flooding challenge. The Nashville Statement confirms the long standing Christian acknowledgment that homosexual behavior is sinful behavior.

The best, most constitutional way to accomplish abolishing abortion is to do the following:
1) Congress by law affirms that human life begins at conception/fertilization.

2) Congress by law affirms that human life is protected by both Amendments Five and Fourteen from the beginning of life at conception to the end of life through natural causes.
3) Congress by law affirms that the taking of a human life within the womb is a criminal offense and establishes the legal parameters for prosecuting and punishing all such criminal offenses. Congress by law affirms that any local official and/or State official who tries to hinder and/or does not apply these laws properly has committed a criminal offense. Congress by law establishes the legal parameters for prosecuting and punishing all such criminal offenses.
4) Congress by law affirms that any and all previous court case rulings in contradiction to these specific laws passed by Congress are null and void.
5) Congress by law removes the courts from any ability to alter and/or invalidate any provisions of these specific laws passed by Congress.
