Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need two more Constitutional Justices and the second one has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. They are directly involved in helping to murder babies within the womb.] Thursday, according to the report.
The celebrities claimed they are supporting women’s health care [They lie or are extremely naive. I do not believe they are naive. Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] and the American Civil Liberties Union filed a lawsuit this week challenging a new Indiana law that requires minors to obtain a parent’s consent before having an abortion [murder of babies within the womb. It is obscene that such a requirement does not now exist. A minor can not receive an aspirin from a school nurse without permission from a parent. And yet, the Supreme Court has sanctioned that minor girls, regardless of age, are able to demand that her baby be murdered within the womb without even the knowledge let alone the consent of a parent. Later decisions have allowed the States individually to place some restricts.].
Indiana Senate Bill 404 strengthens current state law regarding parental rights when a young woman under 18 seeks an abortion [murder of babies within the womb]. Governor Eric Holcomb signed the new law in April.
The law will require abortion [murder of babies within the womb] providers to obtain proof of consent from a parent or legal guardian before a minor daughter gets an abortion [murder of babies within the womb]. It gives parents/legal guardians a civil recourse if someone fraudulently poses as a parent in order for a minor girl to get an abortion [murder of babies within the womb]. It also involves parents if a minor appears before a judge to request an abortion [murder of babies within the womb] without parental consent.

Life begins at conception. That life begins at conception is a biological, scientific fact. Life is protected from conception by the Constitution of the United States specifically in Amendment V and Amendment XIV.
Amendment V
“No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.”

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
