Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need two more Constitutional Justices and the second one has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. The House Rules Committee published its proposed $1 trillion budget at 12:47 a.m. on Monday, a massive 1,665-page plan that is 400 pages longer than the average bible.
Not only are many of President Donald Trump’s budget priorities missing from the plan, but since 2009 Republicans have promised [It seems Republican leadership promises are as useless as their ability to craft a conservative, constitutional federal budget.] a 72-hour ‘read the bill’ window to allow Americans to see legislation before it is voted on—a biblical task for a bill that could as early as Wednesday face an up or down vote [Meaning NO Amendments. Take or leave the bill as written by the leadership rather than the members of Congress. This bill is basically for the five months remaining in the 2017 fiscal year. This bill SHOULD have been written before the 2016 election since the fiscal year began on October 1, 2016. It wasn’t. Now seven month later NOTHING is cut from the budget and more is added. How is that conservative? How is that fiscally responsible?].
The ‘Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2017’ will fund the federal government through the end of September, another kick-the-can down-the-road budget that does not pay for a wall on the U.S. southern border but does fund Planned Parenthood, the nation’s largest abortion [murder of babies within the womb] provider [And also funds Obamacare which the Republicans have been promising to REPEAL for SIX years.].
The budget does include an increase in military spending ($12.5 billion) and border security ($1.5 billion), although the latter prohibits any spending on security except for technological advances and repairs to existing infrastructure, unnamed congressional aides told the Washington Post.
But while the military spending and border security represent what Trump and Republicans wanted, the Democrats, who are now the minority in both the Senate and House, got what they wanted, including $295 million to fund Puerto Rico’s Medicaid program [Puerto Rico controlled by the Left is bankrupt.] and $100 million funding for opioid addiction [Which is not a federal government responsibility but a State responsibility.].
‘Schumer and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (Democrat - California) boasted that they were able to force [How did they force the majority Party to capitulate to the will of the minority Party?] Republicans to withdraw more than 160 unrelated policy measures, known as riders, including those that would have cut environmental funding and scaled back financial regulations for Wall Street [In other words, the Left won again even though it represents the minority Party in Congress. The Republican leadership capitulates once more.],’ the Post reported.
‘Among the bipartisan [Joke.] victories is $407 million in wildfire relief for western states and a decision to permanently extend a program that provides health-care coverage for coal miners,’ the Post reported.
According to CNN the budget also has no funding for deportation operations or federal cuts to sanctuary cities and increases National Institute of Health funding by $2 billion as well as renewable energy programs.
Despite the seeming [Seeming?] win for Democrats and loss for Trump’s budget priorities, Jennifer Hing, a spokeswoman for House Appropriations Committee Chairman Rodney Frelinghuysen (Republican-New Jersey), said the budget plan is a good thing [Either extremely naive or an outright liar.].
