Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need two more Constitutional Justices and the second one has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Each year, Earth Day is accompanied by predictions of doom. Let’s take a look at past predictions to determine just how much confidence we can have in today’s environmentalists’ predictions.
In 1970, when Earth Day was conceived, the late George Wald, a Nobel laureate biology professor at Harvard University, predicted, ‘Civilization will end within 15 or 30 years unless immediate action is taken against problems facing mankind [Actions were not taken. Surprise. Surprise. Civilization did not end thirty years later. For the math impaired, thirty years later was the year 2000.].’ Also in 1970, Paul Ehrlich, a Stanford University biologist and best-selling author of ‘The Population Bomb,’ declared that the world’s population would soon outstrip food supplies [Part of the rationale for advocating for the murder of babies within the womb through government sanctioned edict? Roe vs. Wade was decided three years later in January of 1973.]. In an article for The Progressive, he predicted, ‘The death rate will increase until at least 100-200 million people per year will be starving to death during the next ten years.’ He gave this warning in 1969 to Britain’s Institute of Biology: ‘If I were a gambler, I would take even money that England will not exist in the year 2000 [Good thing he was not a gambler.].’ On the first Earth Day, Ehrlich warned, ‘In 10 years, all important animal life in the sea will be extinct [Seriously? Seriously WRONG. So much for the competence of professors.].’ Despite such predictions, Ehrlich has won no fewer than 16 awards, including the 1990 Crafoord Prize, the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences’ highest award [Part of the Peter Principle?].
In International Wildlife (July 1975), Nigel Calder warned, ‘The threat of a new ice age [New ice age? Now, of course, it is the complete reverse. The alleged threat is from man-caused global warming. Both are lies of the highest order.] must now stand alongside nuclear war as a likely source of wholesale death and misery for mankind.’ In Science News (1975), C.C. Wallen of the World Meteorological Organization is reported as saying, ‘The cooling since 1940 has been large enough and consistent enough that it will not soon be reversed [Significantly, as my monthly listing of record high temperatures demonstrates, the 1930’s had a extremely large number of record high temperatures and today still leads the way after an additional seventy plus years.].’
In 2000, climate researcher David Viner told The Independent, a British newspaper, that within ‘a few years,’ snowfall would become ‘a very rare and exciting event’ in Britain. ‘Children just aren’t going to know what snow is,’ he said. ‘Snowfalls are now just a thing of the past.’ In the following years, the U.K. saw some of its largest snowfalls and lowest temperatures since records started being kept in 1914 [Earlier this decade, Morton had record snowfalls in two of the three years. The first while I was still living in Morton. The second after I had moved to Texas. This past winter being back in Morton for the third time, I did not shovel snow once. The only measurable snow fell during weekends and had melted sufficiently by the work week not to bother with it. It’s called weather and it is not the same year after year.].
In 1970, ecologist Kenneth Watt told a Swarthmore College audience: ‘The world has been chilling sharply for about 20 years. If [big IF.] present trends continue, the world will be about 4 degrees colder for the global mean temperature in 1990 but 11 degrees colder in the year 2000 [Surprise. Surprise. It did not happen.] This is about twice what it would take to put us into an ice age.’
Also in 1970, Senator Gaylord Nelson [Democrat and involved in founding “earth day.” The Al Gore oh his day? Both scientists extraordinary?] wrote in Look magazine: ‘Dr. S. Dillon Ripley, secretary of the Smithsonian (Institution), believes that in 25 years, somewhere between 75 and 80 percent of all the species of living animals will be extinct [Is this why we have the “endangered species” nonsense? Animals have survived and animals have died off for centuries without man’s help or hindrance.].’

Scientist Harrison Brown published a chart in Scientific American that year [1970] estimating that mankind would run out of copper shortly after 2000. Lead, zinc, tin, gold and silver were to disappear before 1990 [Wrong on all of them.].
Erroneous predictions didn’t start with Earth Day. In 1939, the U.S. Department of the Interior said American oil supplies would last for only another 13 years. In 1949, the secretary of the interior said the end of U.S. oil supplies was in sight. Having learned nothing from its earlier erroneous claims, in 1974 the U.S. Geological Survey said that the U.S. had only a 10-year supply of natural gas [During this time period, Tucson had a moratorium on using natural gas when building new homes. In 1980, the year we moved to Tucson, we bought a home built in 1976 that was all electric because of the moratorium.]. The fact of the matter, according to the U.S. Energy Information Administration, is that as of 2014, we had 2.47 quadrillion cubic feet of natural gas, which should last about a century.
Hoodwinking [lying to] Americans is part of the environmentalist agenda. Environmental activist Stephen Schneider told Discover magazine in 1989: ‘We have to offer up scary scenarios, make simplified, dramatic statements, [Such as “The sky is falling.”] and make little mention of any doubts we might have. … Each of us has to decide what the right balance is between being effective and being honest [Dishonesty wins the day.].’ In 1988, then-Senator Timothy Wirth, D-Colorado, said: ‘We’ve got to … try to ride the global warming issue. Even if the theory of global warming is wrong [And it is as far as global warming being man-caused.] … we will be doing the right thing anyway in terms of economic policy and environmental policy [Absolutely wrong.].’
Americans have paid a steep price for buying into environmental deception and lies [Absolutely true.].”
“Man-made” global warming does not pass the logic test. “Man-made” global warming does not pass the facts test. “Man-made” global warming does not pass the scientific test. “Man-made” global warming is a LIE made by man to advance a radical worldwide agenda to control all people throughout the world. There is NO significant “man-made” global warming and never was. Garbage in equals garbage out. “Man-made” global warming is garbage.
GOD set up the system for weather and climate. GOD controlled the system in the beginning and that system STILL functions today. Man can not control the weather and climate any more than he can control human nature!

Two months ago, President Trump issued several executive orders to reverse regulations and rules dictated by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) which were designed to destroy the coal industry in the United States. Coal is a major component in energy generated within the US. The reversal of the regulations should revitalize the coal industry and increase our energy supply without causing additional global warming since global warming is not man-made. We are beginning the return to a sane energy policy based upon the free enterprise system rather than government regulations. This month President Trump by executive order lessened the restrictions on exploring for natural gas and oil within the offshore waters of the Gulf Of Mexico. Reversing the Obama Administration’s regulations is sound economic and environmental policy.
