Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need two more Constitutional Justices and the second one has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. The Roman government certainly did not tax people in order to give that tax money to others as does Obamacare. And he is certainly correct, the Left has utter disdain for JESUS and Christianity until and unless they can distort the narrative to fit their agenda. Then, JESUS is the ultimate example. The problem is that GOD is the ultimate authority on PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY. The Left despises the concept of personal responsibility.

The Beltway is abuzz. Pundits say the GOP ‘replace Obamacare’ bill will harm people with pre-existing conditions [One of the deceptive buzz words advanced by the Left to try to protect the monstrosity that is Obamacare. I was going to use “pre-existing conditions” in my original list of deceptions until I decided to do a post specifically on “pre-existing conditions.”] However, the Obamacare ban on pre-existing condition exclusions—called ‘guaranteed issue’—is the cause of harm experienced by millions of Americans.
And as we’ve seen under Obamacare, guaranteed issue makes insurance unaffordable without taxpayer-funded government subsidies. Guaranteed issue of coverage for people with uninsurable conditions is not insurance. It’s government-mandated third-party payment for known medical expenses. It’s socialized medicine [Exactly. And that is exactly what the Left wants— government control of healthcare and government control over the health of every single person.].
Health insurance is financial protection against the cost of a catastrophic medical event or chronic condition that you do not yet have, and hope never to get. That’s true insurance and it’s affordable because catastrophic events are rare.
Today’s Obamacare debate is mixing apples (insurance against risk of future medical conditions) with oranges (financing of known medical conditions). As an editorial in The Wall Street Journal notes, ‘People with pre-existing conditions don’t need insurance—they need help paying for expensive treatment that is already known.’
Republicans are losing the debate because they are not telling Americans how Obamacare’s guaranteed issue mandate raised their premiums sky-high, narrowed their networks, and diminished quality of care. Instead, you hear this:
‘I’ve supported the practice of not allowing pre-existing illnesses to be discriminated against [Discriminated against? Seriously? How did he ever get elected?] from the very get-go.’ – Rep. Fred Upton (Republican - Michigan), former Energy and Commerce Committee chairman.
‘I want it to be good for sick people … It will be every bit as good on pre-existing conditions as Obamacare [Which means it will be bad economic policy for everyone else. The healthy are paying for the sick which includes many who live unhealthy lifestyles. Why should I pay for a mother to murder her baby within the womb (The Left actually claims that having a baby is a sickness.)? Why should I pay for those who drink and smoke to excess? Why should I pay for those who engage in danger sexual sins such as homosexual behavior which leads to a much greater risk of HIV and AIDS? Why should I pay for those who are gang members who are shooting at each other and knifing each other? Why should I pay for those who drive recklessly and dangerously? Why should I pay for those who deliberately take dangerous illegal drugs? Why should those who follow a healthy lifestyle support those who follow an unhealthy life style? Why should those who make good choices pay for those who make bad choices?].’ – President Donald Trump on the GOP bill.
‘I have always stated that one of the few good things about Obamacare is that people with pre-existing conditions would be covered … The MacArthur amendment strips away any guarantee that pre-existing conditions would be covered and affordable.’ – Congressman Billy Long (Republican - Missouri)
This may be good political-speak, but it’s terrible freedom-speak [And it is terrible economic-speak.].
We must put an end the pre-existing condition problem. ‘Pre-existing conditions’ emerge when children age out of family policies or workers lose employer policies [Or people who don’t have any health insurance, for whatever reason.]. Congress should target this reality. The answer is personal ownership of lifelong, portable, customized affordable true insurance policies.
Let’s give individuals the same tax deduction that employers get today to buy coverage for employees [This is not the solution. The tax system should not be used for redistribution purposes. The purpose of federal taxes is to collect money for federal government uses as prescribed by the Constitution. The tax system should never be used to determine winners and losers. The solution is the free market system and competition. The solution is not government control.]. Or Congress can end the tax deduction altogether for everyone. On their own, most people would choose affordable catastrophic indemnity (non-health plan) policies, causing costs for minor and routine care to plummet through direct payment. Parents should also be empowered to buy policies for their children pre-birth and hand it off to them at adulthood [These are free market solutions. If there is a demand without government controls, these policies would be developed. The free market is designed naturally to meet demands.]
Congress needs to think bigger [Congress needs to get out of the health business. They have no constitutional authority to regulate health issues.]. Congress should end the problem of pre-existing conditions altogether, and with it, the ‘guaranteed issue’ drive to socialized medicine.

First lie: Obamacare is healthcare.
Second lie: The American Health Care Act is healthcare.
Third lie: The House of Representatives repealed Obamacare

First deception: Low income people would not have adequate healthcare without health insurance or direct government help.
Second deception: Before Obamacare, low income individuals died because they could not afford medical care.

Fifth deception: “If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor.”
Sixth deception: Establishment Republicans, who wanted to revise Obamacare rather than repeal it, tied defunding Planned Murderhood with revising Obamacare.
Seventh deception: Both Obamacare and the American Health Care Act are frauds perpetrated against the American people.
Here is a hypothetical example of how “pre-existing condition” works under Obamacare. An adult has never had insurance coverage. He may or may not have paid the “tax” for not having coverage. At age 62, he is feeling bad so he goes to the doctor. The doctor tells him he has stage 4 cancer. He rushes to an insurance company and buys healthcare insurance. The insurance company can not charge him more for his policy because he has stage 4 cancer. The insurance company can not deny him a policy.
“Pre-existing condition” is great for the person with stage 4 cancer who didn’t have insurance before the cancer was discovered. Not great for all the other people who are paying higher rates so that the insurance company can afford to cover the costs of the man’s stage 4 cancer. Insurance companies can not stay in business without making a profit. If everyone pays the same for coverage regardless of how sick or well they will be, the healthy pay for the sick. The sicker you are the greater you benefit from the system. The healthier you are the more expensive the system is for you individually. It turns the concept of insurance cost/benefit upside down. The healthy are penalized. The sick are rewarded. Plus, the incentive is to NOT have insurance until one gets really sick and then let others cover the cost of your sickness.
It’s similar to buying home insurance after your house burned down and having the insurance company cover your losses. It’s similar to not having car insurance for your Lamborghini, having an accident totaling the car, buying insurance for the car after the fact at the same rate that everyone else pays, and the insurance company paying for the loss. It turns the concept of insurance upside down and it increases costs because everyone else who continually has health insurance has to help pay for the “pre-existing condition.”
The federal government has no constitutional authority to be involved in either healthcare insurance or healthcare. Both are reserved to the States. There should have never been a Department of Health and Human Services, an Obamacare law, or the proposed American Health Care Act.
The ONLY VALID solution for the Republican Party is to REPEAL Obamacare lock, stock, and barrel. Obamacare must not be replaced or revised. Obamacare must be repealed totally and completely and before the election in 2018. The Republican Party will be held accountable. The Left will make sure of that. The Left is not held accountable by the Republican Party but the Left does hold the Republican Party accountable. The Republican Party will pay a terrible price if they do not repeal Obamacare.
