Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need two more Constitutional Justices and the second one has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Murder of babies within the womb is a horrendous evil that needs to and must be terminated.

As Live Action News reported this morning, The Center for Medical Progress [CMP] released a new video exposing the horrific discussions behind-the-scenes of a National Abortion Federation [NAF] annual convention. Hours after its release, the damning video has been removed by YouTube for ‘violating YouTube’s Terms of Service [Which is exposing the evils of the Left. Youtube is owed by google. Google had more recorded visits to the Obama White House than any other organization. Google locked me out of my six blogs in 2015 after I called for the impeachment of the five Supreme Court judges who voted for faux, unconstitutional homosexual “marriage.”].’ No other information has been made publicly available.
CMP’s YouTube channel is still up and running with 46 other videos, but today’s release is nowhere to be found. As Live Action News reported, the short video contains horrifying clips indicating illegal activity [Violations of federal law.] is running rampant behind the closed doors of the abortion [murder of babies within the womb] industry.

The state of Texas understands that the citizens of the United States elected a new president last November. He is now running an administration that thinks completely differently from the Obama administration. Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] is upset.
Upset is too mild a word. Outraged might be better.
You see, while [President] Obama was in office, Texas tried several times to defund Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood]. Texas did not want to use any money from the federal government to fund the largest abortion [murder of babies within the womb] chain in the nation, so it passed several laws to accomplish that. Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] took the state to court every time; the Obama administration sided with Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood]; and the state lost. Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] kept its funding.
Finally, Texas refused to take the federal money, started its own program with Texas taxpayer money—the Healthy Texas Women Program—and excluded Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood]. Mission accomplished.
Now it is 2017 and the Trump administration is in Washington, DC. By the end of June, Texas will file a Medicaid waiver request to obtain Medicaid funding over five years to largely cover the cost of its state-funded Healthy Texas Women Program without requiring that Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] be a part of the program. The initial reaction from the Trump administration indicates that it will look favorably on the request and may provide the funds.
The main worry of Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] is not the loss of funds in Texas; it already gets none from the state program. The real worry is that, if Texas gets the okay, other states can do exactly the same thing and defund Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] without losing federal government money. Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] is afraid this will open the door to massive defunding of Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] in states all across the country [Except for the Leftist States. Therefore, Congress should also defund Planned Murderhood and all organizations that murder babies within the womb and/or supports and promotes the same.].
Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] Federation of America CEO Cecile Richards sent a panic e-mail to PP’s [Planned Murderhood’s] supporters sounding the alarm. Her e-mail read, in part:
‘The Texas Health and Human Services Department is requesting federal funding for a program that was specifically created to block access to care at Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood]—what they call the ‘Healthy Texas Women Program.’ . . . And if they get their way, it would set a dangerous precedent for countless other states to follow [Amen.]. All they need is for their allies in the Trump administration—including Health and Human Services Secretary Tom Price—to give their anti [pro]-women’s health plan the green light. . . . This is a backdoor to the same Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] ‘defund’ out-of-touch [responsible] politicians are proposing in Congress—and the only way we can stop it is by raising a national outcry. . . . This fight is just beginning, and we’re going to need you and everyone who [does not] cares [care] about women’s health and rights [There is absolutely no right for a woman to murder her baby within the womb. To the contrary, every baby within the womb including female babies has an absolute right to life guaranteed by Amendments V and XIV within the US Constitution.] to stand with us.
Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] is scared and is doing everything it can to prevent this Texas Medicaid waiver from being approved. Tom Price, the United States Secretary of Health and Human Services, needs to hear from you.
