Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need two more Constitutional Justices and the second one has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. This is also why homosexual radicals attack Christians who speak out against homosexual behavior. Christians who know the Bible know that homosexual behavior is sin punishable by spiritual death. There is NO “right” to homosexual behavior and people are NOT born homosexual. Homosexual behavior is learned behavior. Therefore, people do not have to be involved in the behavior and people can repent and STOP being involved in the behavior!]

This was not my planned post for tonight. However, after all the lies and deceptions that are occurring, it is time to set the record straight. I am doing this from memory so all the minute details my not be absolutely correct. However, the broad concepts are. Also, the American Health Care Act has only passed the House. It still must pass the Senate in identical form and be signed by the President. In the end, there may not be any changes and we may still be stuck with the abominable Obamacare. I am not discussing all the lies and deceptions. Just some of the major ones.
First lie: Obamacare is healthcare.
Second lie: The American Health Care Act is healthcare.
Neither one is healthcare. Both are involved with healthcare insurance. There is a vast difference. Someone has to pay for the insurance whether or not any healthcare services are utilized.
Third lie: The House of Representatives repealed Obamacare
The House of Representatives did NOT repeal Obamacare and the House did not replace it. The House revised Obamacare.
Fourth lie: Everyone needs and should have healthcare insurance.
Healthy young adults and others can be better off financially without insurance while paying their own out of pocket medical expenses. After graduating from college, I was hired as a teacher and was covered through my work. After I stopped teaching, we were covered by my wife’s insurance most of the time. After we separated in 1996, she removed me from the insurance policy. I have not had health insurance since. My medical expenses since she removed me from the policy through today have been less than five hundred dollars. I have paid far less for healthcare without insurance than I would have paid if paying for only healthcare insurance during all of those years.
First deception: Low income people would not have adequate healthcare without health insurance and/or direct government help.
For years, there have been private charitable organizations that provide no cost and/or low cost medical services to low income people. Further, studies have shown that Medicaid provides a lower standard of healthcare than the private sector which includes private charitable organizations. We should all remember the Veteran Administration scandals where veterans died because they were not seen by VA doctors in a timely manner. Government medical care is inherently inferior to private sector care.
Second deception: Before Obamacare, low income individuals died because they could not afford medical care.
My ex-wife was a nurse for St. Mary’s Hospital in Tucson, Arizona for over ten years from the 1980’s through the mid-1990’s. For most of that time, she was an emergency room nurse. Sometime in the 1980’s, St. Mary’s was caught over billing Medicaid. As punishment, St. Mary’s was required to treat and admit, if necessary, any and all individuals seeking medical care whether or not they could afford to pay. In other words, St. Mary’s was required to provide free medical care as needed. My ex-wife often complained that low income individuals were using the emergency room as their family doctor and preventing the emergency room staff from concentrating on actual medical emergencies.
Eventually, all (almost all) hospitals were required to provide medical care to individuals regardless of their ability to pay. In 2004 I moved back to Morton, Illinois from Tucson. One afternoon before Obamacare was passed, I took my mother over to Methodist Hospital in Peoria for some medical reason. I can’t remember why. Soon after arriving while waiting for her, a man who looked like he was homeless was discharged from the hospital. Later that same afternoon, he returned to the hospital complaining that he was sick. After being admitted, the first thing he said was, “What’s for dinner?” Low income individuals quickly learned to game the system.
Third deception: Government control of healthcare insurance would lower costs.
Fourth deception: Government control of healthcare insurance would improve the quality of service.
Fifth deception: “If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor.”
Government control always means higher costs with less quality of service because of added bureaucracy, a lack of competition, and government regulation that picks and chooses winners and losers, among other causes. For example, government regulations that required everyone to receive “free” contraceptives and “free” government sanctioned murder of babies within the womb, i.e. abortions. The regulations also often meant that you could not keep your doctor. In my own case, my doctor, who was semi-retired but still served longtime patients (He was my doctor when I was in high school. The office manager had to go back into the old paper records to verify I was a patient.), retired soon after Obamacare was passed. He was not willing to put up with the additional huge cost of more and more government “red tape.”
Sixth deception: Establishment Republicans, who wanted to revise Obamacare rather than repeal it, tied defunding Planned Murderhood with revising Obamacare.
If conservatives wanted to defund Planned Murderhood, they would have to support the revision of Obamacare rather than a direct repeal as promised by the Republican Party. Establishment Republicans deliberately linked the two instead of two stand alone bills.

House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy says a vote on a non-repeal Obamacare amendment is indeed scheduled for today and will proceed on the House floor. If the amendment makes it to the floor it means Paul Ryan and his liberal leadership believe they have the votes. Otherwise, like they’ve done in the past, the bill would be yanked and no vote would occur.
Meaning there is still time for it to be blocked but not much. The window is closing and fast.
What does this mean in terms of fixes for Obamacare? Well, there is certainly a needed element included in the amendment. Primarily the fact that if states prove that by removing mandated essential benefits (maternity for men...) premiums will go down and more individuals will be able to obtain coverage the states can apply for a waiver to void such benefits in many coverage plans.
Unfortunately, virtually all of the rest of Obamacare stays intact. It’s like applying pain meds for lung cancer. The cancer is still there but the pain is a little less painful in the short term.”
Seventh deception: Both Obamacare and the American Health Care Act are frauds perpetrated against the American people.
The federal government has no constitutional authority to be involved in either healthcare insurance or healthcare. Both are reserved to the States. There should have never been a Department of Health and Human Services, an Obamacare law, or the proposed American Health Care Act.
