Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need two more Constitutional Justices and the second one has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. During the 2014 elections in my home state of Maryland, there were problems with some of the ballot machines, whereby many ballots cast for Republicans ‘coincidentally’ were automatically rendered as Democrat ballots. With the omnibus deal forged at 2 a.m. last night [Monday May 1, 2017] in Congress, this is essentially what has happened on a national level. People voted for a revolution—to drain the swamp—and out popped a Democrat budget [Whose budget? A budget from the Left instead of a Republican budget?]. In fact, one would be hard pressed to find anything different about this budget from the one we would have gotten if Hillary had been elected [Given the fact that Congress has a majority of Republicans in both Houses, he may well be correct. The Left couldn’t have expected much more than what they got with a Republican President. So much for the establishment Republican Party lie of “give us control of Congress and the Presidency and we will give the nation a conservative budget.”].
Amazingly, the FY [Fiscal Year] 2017 budget was deliberately held over until this year instead of being completed in October or December 2016, precisely so that the victor of the election would reap the spoils of war [Or so the Republicans, who controlled both Houses of Congress before the 2016 election, claimed.]. Well, Democrats lost the election but won this year’s budget [What? What happened? The Capitulation Party capitulated yet once again.]. The reason why it took an extra few days to forge the ‘deal’ is because once Republicans telegraphed the message that they’d jettison every conservative priority from the budget, Democrats then held out for their priorities [Could you ever imagine the reverse happening when the Left controlled both Houses of Congress and the Presidency? The Left would have dared the Republicans to shutdown the government.]. By and large, they got them.
Here is the end result:
Funded [i.e. What the Left won that the Left should not have won.]
01) The bill continues funding refugee resettlement and visas from the six countries from which Trump wanted to suspend immediate immigration [Seriously?], despite this budget being the last recourse against the judicial tyranny. The refugee program gets $3.1 billion, the same as it did under Obama [What is wrong with establishment Republicans? Ending this invasion travesty was a major Trump campaign promise.].
02) Sanctuary cities were funded [Texas has a State bill before its legislature to defund sanctuary cities in its State and to hold elected city officials criminally responsible if the law is violated.], despite the judicial tyranny and the need for Congress to weigh in.
03) Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] was funded, despite the long-standing GOP promise to fight to defund it, even when they only controlled Congress [This promise was a major reason for Donald Trump’s victory. Pro-life citizens worked overtime for his election over the extremist Hillary Clinton.]. Yes, they couldn’t even defund a private organization getting taxpayer funds to [illegally] traffic baby organs [and whose primary function as an organization is to murder babies within the womb.].
04) Increased spending for a number of liberal priorities rather than codifying Trump’s requested $17 billion in non-defense spending cuts [$17 billion is a very small portion of the cuts that need to be done. However, it was at least a start. That start seems to have died with the capitulation of establishment Republicans.].
05) EPA [Environmental Protection Agency. An out-of-control federal agency that needs to be completely terminated and yet it will experience no cuts to its budget. Incredible.]. was saved from the cuts proposed for this year by Trump’s OMB [Office of Management and Budget].
06) A $295.9 billion bailout for Puerto Rico’s irresponsible Medicaid program. This is on top of the bailout from last year [Puerto Rico has been controlled by the Left for years and its extravagant spending was obvious. Congress should not have bailed it out last year. This continues that fiscally irresponsible congressional policy.].
07) Section 543 of the omnibus contains a provision opening the door for more H2-B low-skilled workers this fiscal year [Another part of the invasion that was suppose to end with the Trump Administration.].
08) $990 million increase [Almost a billion dollars.] of the ‘Food for Peace’ program in Africa [An increase instead of a decrease or, at least, remaining the same.].
09) Government-run health care? HHS [Health and Human Services which is an unconstitutional Department. The federal government has NO authority over healthcare.] will see a $2.8 billion boost in spending, of which $2 billion will go to the NIH [National Institutes of Health], which was supposed to be cut by the Trump budget.
10) Green energy programs within the Department of Energy [Also an unconstitutional Department. No “green energy” program or projects have survived without government subsidies. A large number have died even with federal government subsidies especially under the Obama Administration. The federal government should not be in the subsidy business and constitutionally can not be.], programs Trump would have eliminated, received a modest spending increase [I am not opposed to the development of alternative energy. I am opposed to the federal government subsidizing such. These should ALL be market driven through competition. Not government driven through subsidies. The government should not be picking winners and losers. The market should. Of course, large established companies love subsidies for them. Not so much for the startup companies.].
11) The federal judiciary saw its budget increased by three percent, [Congress has the constitutional authority to control the federal judiciary. Congress should do so when the federal court judges act unconstitutionally which they are doing more and more. The federal judiciary is a real constitutional problem and is begging to be held accountable. Currently, it is NOT being held accountable. Giving it even more money without accountability does not help.] to $7.4 billion, from fiscal 2016, despite engaging in civil disobedience against the rule of law.
12) The unconstitutional Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is fully funded despite GOP promises to dismantle it [Being unconstitutional says it all. It should be abolished, not funded.]. Richard Cordray is still serving as its director despite the change in administration.
13) California’s high-speed rail will continue to be funded by the Federal Rail Administration [How is an intrastate rail system interstate commence?].
Not Funded
The border wall. Although $1.5 billion in additional ‘border security’ funds were allocated, Democrats made certain to bar funding for the fence [Congress should pass Senator Ted Cruz’s EL CHAPO Act.]. As I’ve noted before, given the legal problems with those who step foot on our shores and the cumbersome nature of interior enforcement, anything short of the permanent deterrent of a border wall will not solve the problem.
Indeed, the 1,665-page, $1.16 trillion omnibus is everything we would have gotten had Democrats been in charge. After they successfully got Republicans to jettison all of Trump’s priorities, Democrats secured the Puerto Rico bailout. And while the bill does not contain an Obamacare bailout (cost-sharing subsidies), the White House agreed to continue illegally promulgating the insurer bailout [The whole Obamacare Act is illegal and unconstitutional.] without congressional appropriations as part of the condition for Democrats affording Republicans the honor of capitulating to them [OUCH.].
The only plus side of this bill is that the president did secure a $15 billion boost for the military, but Democrats always agree to spending more on the military, as it has become a consensus, albeit without offsetting the cost with cuts to non-defense spending. That is exactly the deal they secured. They increased spending in many of the areas where Trump proposed cuts [And the $15 billion is less than the President was seeking.].
Meanwhile, Nancy Pelosi is bragging about blocking 160 GOP priorities in the bill!
Some defenders of this deal will claim that we should wait for “the next time [That is the normal “rally cry.” Next time. Problem is, next time never comes.].’ The president is coming out with the FY [Fiscal Year] 2018 budget this week [Which begins October 1 of this year. That’s only five months from now and Congress is not yet finished with this current year budget.], and they will fight for it in September [Will the establishment Republicans fight?]. But that budget is a complete joke. If they can’t fight for modest cuts and their basic campaign promises with control of all of government—with the momentum of the first 100 days—they certainly won’t fight later in the year for real spending cuts [Based upon past history, one almost has to agree. I certainly don’t think the Left is concerned. They have been winning for the last two years plus even though Congress has been controlled by the Republicans.]. Instead, the fear of a shutdown led them to increase spending. That will not change in September [True, I’m afraid.].
I would have more sympathy for the president had he not spent the past month attacking conservatives on health care [The President has said all along that he wants federal government control of healthcare. It is therefore not surprising that he would attack conservatives who want repeal WITHOUT replacement. Of course, it is unconstitutional for the federal government to be in control of healthcare. It is not a federal government power.]. He should have, instead, been shaming McConnell and the appropriators into funding his priorities the same way he shamed the Freedom Caucus to accept 20 percent repeal of Obamacare. The way for him to distinguish himself from congressional Republicans is to immediately issue a veto threat [He won’t because in his heart he is still a Leftist just as his children are.].
And now we are to believe this administration that we will repeal Obamacare in any meaningful way and get massive tax cuts when it tossed an interception on the first budget! At some point, conservatives need to wake up and smell the political adultery unfolding [I warned about it during the primary and during the election.]. Merely shouting ‘Gorsuch’ as if it’s a punchline in itself to distract from the broader betrayal [And it is a betrayal.] is sophomoric. Of course, we were going to get a decent judge to replace our very best when we have a GOP president, a GOP Senate, and were rid of the SCOTUS [Supreme Court of the United States] filibuster. Then again, I guess if we are judging expectations for judicial picks based on what just happened with the budget, we could have gotten an Elena Kagan [Scary in the extreme.].
But fear not, the best is yet to come. Gary Cohn, the Democrat [The what? Democrat?] running domestic policy for the administration, is promising a vote on ‘Obamacare’ this week.
Now we can understand why McConnell and the NTSC [I think he means the National Republican Senatorial Committee. I could not find a political NTSC.] are threatening anyone who works for Judge Roy Moore in the Alabama Senate race (Seriously? I did not know this although I am not surprised. I was and am going to post on his running for the Senate after concluding this series on the establishment Republican Party capitulation.]: They don’t want anyone elected to the Republican Party who will actually support the Republican budget and GOP platform [Unfortunately, very true.].

They assented [capitulated] to the liberal demands without a fight. Representative Jordan questioned why Republican leaders passed a short-term spending bill in the first place last fall ‘if we weren’t going to actually fight for the things we told the voters we were going to fight for [For show. Senator Chuck Schumer and Company are doing exactly what Conservatives told Speaker John Boehner to do in 2011—stand FIRM in the negotiations on government funding and debt for the principals and promises we (GOP) made to the American people.
Now—Schumer and Company have a liberal press (MSM [MainStream Media]) to support them if they stand firm and threaten a government shutdown—the GOP didn’t [Did have the support of conservatives which is the major Republican voting block.]. But we do have the White House and its ‘Bully Pulpit.’

I am against illegal immigration and FOR border security / national security and for adherence to the LAW. Simply NOT true. A budget can be passed and has been passed with a simple majority vote. Donald Trump is either lying or has been lied to by one or more members of establishment Republicans. If a shutdown occurs, it should happen NOW. Everyone should know that if it does not happen now, it will not happen in September. The establishment Republicans have been saying “NEXT time we will stand firm” and NEXT time never comes. If going to stand firm, do it NOW. Defund Planned Murderhood. Repeal and do not replace Obamacare. Cut funding for regulations. Cut funding for a whole host of other programs. Does anyone seriously believe that the Capitulation Republicans will stand tall in September after failing and yet claiming ‘victory’ in May?
