Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need two more Constitutional Justices and the second one has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce and groups with ties to House Speaker Paul Ryan (Republican - Wisconsin) spent heavily in an attempt to defeat Norman because he said he would join the House Freedom Caucus.
But conservatives fought back and out of 35,000 votes cast, Ralph Norman won the election by 203 votes [In some elections, every vote counts.] !!

An Alaska state lawmaker introduced a controversial bill Monday that would ban all abortions and protect unborn babies’ right to life [Why is that controversial? The murder of babies within the womb should/must be abolished and babies from conception are now protected by the Constitution. Unfortunately, the Constitution is not followed.].
Christian News reports the Life At Conception Act, or House Bill 250, introduced by state Representative David Eastman [Good for him.], would put into law what the Alaska State Constitution already says [Good for the Alaska Constitution. Every State Constitution should say the same and the United States Constitution does protect the life of babies within the womb both federally and within each State through Amendments V and XIV.].
Eastman said his bill will bring ‘state law into conformity with the Constitution of the State of Alaska, which provides that ‘all persons have a natural right to life,’ ‘all persons are equal and entitled to equal rights’ and ‘all persons are entitled to equal … protection under the law [Which is what the US Constitution says in Amendment V and for the States in Amendment XIV.].’’
The bill also would repeal language from state murder and manslaughter laws that exempt abortions, and make the intentional killing of an unborn baby a crime of murder [Which it is, by definition.], Alaska Dispatch News reports.
Eastman said destroying the life of an unborn baby should carry the same penalties as destroying the life of a born child [Absolutely. The only difference is the location of the baby. One is outside the womb and one is inside the womb.].
‘(My bill) makes clear … that human life begins at conception [Which IS when life begins.], and that a child waiting to be born in Alaska is an Alaska resident if the mother of that child is an Alaska resident [Of course.],’ Eastman said in a statement. ‘Further, that child may not be transported to another state or country for the purpose of taking the life of that child [Reasonable. The federal government should also have such a law since crossing State lines deals with interstate commerce.].’
He also told the Liberator that lawmakers ‘have a responsibility to protect the least of these [True.],’ a reference to a biblical passage where Jesus tells his followers to take care of the most vulnerable members of society.

News outlets report the bill does not have much chance of passing, and several lawyers said the courts would overturn the bill if it does [Lawyers have been wrong before and courts have been wrong numerous times and erroneous decisions overturned.].
Ryan Fortson, an assistant professor at University of Alaska Anchorage, told Dispatch: ‘The intent of the bill seems to be to legislatively outlaw abortion [Good.]. And that is not only a violation of the Alaska Constitution—it would also be against the U.S. Constitution [ABSOLUTELY WRONG.], at least as it’s currently interpreted [Ah. So it is the interpretation that is wrong. Has that never happened before? Many, many times including deliberately. There is NOTHING in the US Constitution that allows mothers to murder their own children. NOTHING. And this assistant professor knows it. That is why he threw in “interpreted.”] . The courts won’t allow the Legislature to define how a constitutional provision is being interpreted—that’s the job of the courts [Where does it say in the Constitution that the job of the courts is to interpret the Constitution? Give me Article Section and Paragraph. Guess what. There is no Article Section or Paragraph.].”
State Representative Matt Claman, a Democrat and an attorney, made a similar statement about the bill being unconstitutional [He is wrong.].
‘To the extent that this is the legislature trying to interpret the Constitution [It is not. It is the legislature CONFIRMING the Constitution. The Constitution already PROTECTS life within the womb and the Supreme Court decision in Roe admitted it. By the way, the oath legislators 8take is to uphold the Constitution. There is no provision within the oath to uphold court decisions.], that is the Supreme Court’s role in our three branches of government [An outright lie.]. And any effort to introduce legislation that tells the Supreme Court how to interpret the Constitution is fundamentally flawed [An outright lie. States are sovereign except in specific areas where that sovereignty is conferred by the States through the Constitution to the federal government. Federal courts are not sovereign.],’ Claman said.
Similar bills in other states have been struck down in the courts [Unconstitutionally.]. In 2012, the Oklahoma Supreme Court struck down a personhood bill as unconstitutional because it recognized unborn babies as human beings with a right to life and banned all abortions [The Oklahoma court was WRONG.].”

It is the WORST and most unconstitutional decision in Supreme Court history. The court made up a “right” for women that does not exist, admitted the Constitution protects life, and then stated wrongly that when life begins is not known.] and that unborn babies deserve protection under the law [Also correct. They are already protected.].
It directs ‘every public official in Oklahoma to exercise their authority to stop murder of unborn children by abortion’ and state judges ‘not to interfere with the legislature’s right to clarify Oklahoma criminal law regarding abortion [Amen. The Oklahoma State courts did interfere by ruling an earlier Oklahoma law protecting life unconstitutional.].’
The resolution passed in a voice vote Monday, and is ‘considered a statement of policy’ that ‘does not carry the weight of law,’ according to the report.”

A group of South Carolina lawmakers advanced a bill Wednesday that would recognize unborn babies as persons and potentially make abortions illegal in the state [Amen. Attack, attack, attack.].
The Post and Courier reports a state Senate subcommittee passed the bill on Wednesday after a lengthy debate, and moved it forward to the full Senate Judiciary Committee for consideration.
Introduced by state Lieutenant Governor Kevin Bryant while he was a Senator, the bill would recognize an unborn baby as person in state law [As any baby within the womb is.], beginning at the moment of conception [Which scientifically IS when life begins.], WSPA News reports.
‘This legislation directly underscores and recognizes those unalienable rights endowed by the Creator: the right to life, the right to liberty, and the right to the pursuit of happiness for the baby girl and the baby boy that have yet to be born [Excellent.],’ Bryant testified in favor of the bill in March.
The newspaper reports the bill is highly unlikely to pass this year because of legislative deadlines, but it could be considered next year.

Alabama state Senators advanced a bill this week that would add the right to life for unborn babies into the Alabama Constitution [Excellent.]. The proposal would write into the Alabama Constitution that it is state policy to recognize and support the sanctity of unborn life [Every State should. The US Constitution does although the US Constitution is not followed.], according to AP.
The state Senate approved the bill in a 25-7 vote [Overwhelming vote total.]. The measure passed the state House in March. Now the amendment will have to be approved by voters on the 2018 ballot after it clears the House again following changes [Good. Let the people vote.].
State Representative Matt Fridy, who sponsored the bill, said the amendment would not make abortions illegal in Alabama immediately [It should. This is better than nothing. Be prepared.]; it would protect unborn babies’ right to life in the event that Roe v. Wade is overturned and the power to legislate abortion is returned to the states [Actually, if overturned, Amendment XIV of the US Constitution should/would apply. However, this is part of the process of attacking, attacking, attacking.].
The amendment says:
‘‘The state acknowledges, declares and affirms that it is the public policy of this state to recognize and support the sanctity of unborn life and the rights of unborn children, including the right to life [Good.].’
‘The state further acknowledges, declares and affirms that is the public policy of this state to ensure the protection of the rights of the unborn child, including the right to life [Good.].’’
Local Planned Parenthood [Planned Murderhood] leaders blasted the legislation in March, saying it would ‘completely outlaw abortion [As it should and must.].’ Democrats in the House also expressed concerns about legal challenges, but Fridy said he does not think there will be a legal challenge because the amendment would prohibit abortions only if Roe v. Wade is overturned, according to the local news report.
Pro-lifers are hopeful that the U.S. Supreme Court eventually will overturn Roe v. Wade and restore the right to life to babies in the womb [It has always been there since the adoption of Amendments V and then XIV. The courts have ignored the Amendments by declaring there ignorance in regard to when life begins. I believe we must attack the evil of murdering our own children within the womb at EVERY opportunity and in EVERY way we can.
We need to attack the sin of murdering our own babies within the womb from every angle. We need to defund all baby murdering organizations within the United States. No organization that murders babies within the womb or supports and promotes the same should ever receive government money either directly or indirectly. States need to abolish the murder of babies within the womb within its jurisdiction by law. And, of course, the federal government through congressional law needs to do the same.
It is well past the time to abolish the murder of innocent babies within the womb whether by surgical or medical means. Murder is murder regardless of the method use.
The truth about abortion:
1) Every abortion is murder.
2) No abortion, at the federal level, is legal
3) Every abortion is unconstitutional [Amendments V and XIV]
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Murder of babies within the womb is a horrendous evil that needs to and must be terminated.
