Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need two more Constitutional Justices and the second one has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. Having just finishing posting on the South Carolina Runoff Special Republican Primary Election, I received an e-mail Saturday May 13, 2017 on the Alabama Republican primary Special Election for Senate of the United States. Since there are only 100 Senators compared to 435 members of the House of Representatives and since the Republican Senate members are significantly more establishment oriented than the House Republican members, this primary election is much more important than the South Carolina primary election. This primary is also in the beginning stages. The filing deadline to run in the primary is May 17, 2017.
This is the seat held by Jeff Sessions before he was appointed Attorney General earlier this year. The Governor of Alabama appointed Luther Strange to fill the position until the Special Election. Therefore, he is the incumbent by appointment rather than by election. Conservative Review does not have a voting report card on him because of his newness. As any Republican in Alabama would do, he claims to be a conservative. I do not know if he is or not. According to Politics1, there are 11 Republicans who could be in the Republican primary.
The e-mail I received was in relation to two of the eleven possible candidates. They are Luther Strange and former Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy Moore. The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court in Alabama is elected Statewide by the voters of Alabama. As far as I could tell, he is the only candidate of the possible 11 who has been elected to a Statewide office. After the May 17 filing deadline, I plan to send my Congressional questionnaire to those who have filed and who have contact information. I will cover this election more thoroughly at a later date. I will not be commenting on the two candidates discussed in this post at this time. No doubt, I will at a later date.

In an ugly turn of events, Conservative voters in Alabama are being threatened by the national GOP for supporting Roy Moore over the Republican Party’s preferred RINO candidate, Luther Strange [It is my position that any political party in its party primary should STAY OUT of the contest. It is for the party voters to select the party nominee. The voters select the nominee not the party. Why do an election if the party selects the “approved” candidate before the primary election? Establish Republicans have a recent history of interfering in party primaries to select the preferred candidate of establishment Republicans. They are skewing the results of the primaries and negating the will of voting party members. I hope to discuss this further in a future post.]
The naming of former Senator Jeff Sessions (Republican - Alabama) to become the Attorney General has left a gaping hole in the Senate for conservatives. The disgraced former Governor of Alabama, Robert Bentley [ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_J._Bentley “Bentley resigned on April 10, 2017 due to a sex scandal with his political aide Rebekah Mason.”], named Luther Strange to fill Sessions’ shoes, but the people of Alabama will soon decide who’ll fill the vacancy long-term. Sadly, the national GOP has decided to step in and force their own choice to fill the vacancy on the people of Alabama [Not the first time. As long as they are in leadership positions, it will not be the last time. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell hates conservatives even though every six years he runs as a conservative.].
Politico is reporting [Politico is a Leftist “political news” organization] that the national Republican Party is threatening to blackball anyone working to support GOP candidates not named Luther Strange [Which tells me HE IS NOT a conservative.]
‘On Thursday, Politico’s Daniel Strauss reported that the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) is treating Luther Strange, the temporary replacement for now-Attorney General Jeff Sessions, appointed by the now disgraced former Governor Robert Bentley, as an incumbent [Which technically he is. That, however, should not make a difference. Any political party nominates better candidates when it has REAL competition in the primaries for the party. The political party itself should stay out of primaries and let the party members decide the candidates.]. As such, it will blackball any vendors who do consulting work for his challengers in the upcoming special primary slated for August [Disgusting, if true and it probably is.].
From Strauss and Politico Pro: ‘In recent days, the GOP Senate committee has warned at least two firms, Jamestown Associates and Strategic Perception Inc., against taking on clients who are running or considering running against Strange, according to half a dozen Republican operatives and officials in Washington and Alabama.’’
In fact, the Senate Leadership Fund has already put aside $2.6 Million to defend Strange against his GOP rivals [Completely inappropriate. The primaries are suppose to be competitive with the voters selecting the candidates not the party elite.].
Yes, now the GOP is taking a page from the Democrats [Left] and using carpetbaggers to force their own will on the people who actually live in Alabama [Not the first time. It will not be the last time as long as the current “leadership” exists.].

Luther Strange is a former lobbyist who is a veteran of the D.C. ‘Swamp.’ He is everything that the average GOP voter hates about D.C. politics, and he’s the man that the GOP leadership desperately wants to win in Alabama.

If it were a ‘fair fight,’ Moore would likely defeat Strange handily, and then even more easily defeat whoever the Democrats are able to find to stand against him.
