Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need two more Constitutional Justices and the second one has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. Late last week, I did three posts on this race. A down to the wire race where turnout may well have been the difference. Who can best get their supporters to the polls?

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce and groups with ties to House Speaker Paul Ryan (Republican - Wisconsin) spent heavily in an attempt to defeat Norman because he said he would join the House Freedom Caucus.
But conservatives fought back and out of 35,000 votes cast, Ralph Norman won the election by 203 votes [In some elections, every vote counts.] !!

They are known as traitors and liars.].
The only hope for Republicans to survive this issue politically is to take decisive action that truly brings down premiums that are crushing American families across the country.
Grassroots conservatives must pressure the Senate to repeal Obamacare so premiums go down and Americans regain control over their health care decisions [The only way for premiums to go down is a return to free markets and competition. The only way.].

Republicans promised to repeal Obamacare. Repeal only was the original promise. Repeal only is the ONLY acceptable action. Not revise and not replace. Repeal and return health insurance and healthcare to the free enterprise system and States where it belongs. If you do not understand the meaning of repeal, look it up. I guarantee you that we know the meanings of repeal, revise, and replace and you can not have repeal with either of the other two. I have already told my Congressman this and it is going to cost him in his safe district. Now that Republicans control the House, the Senate, and the White House, it’s time for them to deliver AS promised.
Republicans have used the promise of repeal to win countless elections since 2010 and it would be the ultimate betrayal if they fail to keep their word. It will cost you dearly in the 2018 election especially for Senate seats where you have a realistic opportunity to win up to a dozen IF you keep your past promises. The time for excuses and half measures is over. You will be held accountable at the polls.
As a Senate Republican whose actions impact all Americans, not just those who live in your home state, you must fully repeal Obamacare— once and for all.
