Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need two more Constitutional Justices and the second one has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. As expected, neither Republican candidates answered the questionnaire. Ralph Norman had little chance of answering since I could not find his contact information on Facebook, Twitter, or his campaign website. Tommy Pope did have a contact page on his website and I did e-mail the questionnaire. Realistically however, it is too close to election day for any candidate to take the time to answer the questionnaire. I knew that but wanted to give each a chance.
As I said earlier, the e-mail from Senate Conservatives Fund was the first information I had received about this election. As it turned out, this is actually the runoff election for the original Republican primary. It hadn’t generated any interest from any of my sources until the weekend before the runoff vote.
Today in place of their answers to the questionnaire, I’m posting their respective issues pages. On any candidate website, I check the “about the candidate” page and the issues page. Those two give me the best information about the candidate. Remember however, that it is the candidate’s website. Therefore, it is geared to make the candidate look good. Many candidates steer clear of issues that might be controversial to the voters. Thus, most Republican candidates avoid discussing homosexual behavior issues like it was the plague. Some even avoid discussing their position on being pro-life or not. Establishment Republicans particularly seem to shun the cultural/moral issues that are current. That will not be the case when I run.
I’m posting the issues page without comment by the alphabetized last name of the candidate. Therefore, Ralph Norman will be listed first followed by Tommy Pope. With a last name of Vance, I’m use to being listed close to or last in this regard. I am not supporting either candidate in the runoff election. Let the voters of Congressional District 5 decide.

Introduce a Term Limits bill that would cap the number of years Congressmen can serve. It’s time we end the rein [sic] of career politicians and make them come home to live under the laws they pass. Term limits would cut the influence of special interest lobbyists and encourage a true citizen-legislature.
Pass a Balanced Budget Amendment. The greatest threat to our national and economic security as a nation is our ever-growing $19 trillion debt. Forcing Congress (like we force our State Legislature) to have a balanced budget each year will end the out-of-control government spending.
Keep America Safe from Terrorism. After Barack Obama’s 8-year world apology tour, it’s time we had a real focus and a real plan to make America the most respected country in the world again. If we don’t take the fight to ISIS on their turf, we will face them on American soil.
Repeal Obamacare. Republicans need to keep their promise to repeal and replace Obamacare, along with its massive taxes and unfair mandates, with an affordable, free-market based health care plan. We should offer patients more choices, greater control and lower costs.
Reform Social Security and Strengthen Medicare. America must keep its promise to those who are in or soon to be in the Social Security system. It’s a contract we must honor. To sustain its long-term viability we must have the political courage to raise the retirement age by 2 months and lower benefits for the top 10% of earners.
Bring a Business Approach to Government. President Trump is trying to clean up Washington and end the reign of lawyers and lobbyists by having a business-like approach to government. We need to cut taxes, empower entrepreneurs and eliminate regulations that kill job-creation.
Build the wall. America is an exceptional nation. We need to act like that. In order to protect our sovereignty we should enforce our laws. Not only will this simple outlook safeguard our citizens, it will also ensure that our economic security is preserved.”
