Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need two more Constitutional Justices and the second one has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. “Yesterday [Tuesday May 16, 2017], Conservatives won an important victory in the Republican primary runoff election for Congress in South Carolina’s 5th district. SCF [Senate Conservatives Fund]-backed Ralph Norman (Republican - South Carolina) defeated establishment-backed Tommy Pope (Republican - South Carolina) in a very close race.
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce and groups with ties to House Speaker Paul Ryan (Republican - Wisconsin) spent heavily in an attempt to defeat Norman because he said he would join the House Freedom Caucus.
But conservatives fought back and out of 35,000 votes cast, Ralph Norman won the election by 203 votes [In some elections, every vote counts.] !!

Such is the case of Judge Roy Moore of Alabama. The fiercely conservative figure in the Alabama senate race has long been considered the right’s choice when it comes to social issues, facing suspension and career-ending malice on more than one occasion. Still, Moore continues to fight on.
Now, in the face of massive elitist opposition [Establishment Republican opposition], the story is no different. The special election to be held in Alabama this year will certainly shape the state’s foreseeable future, and one establishment candidate is hoping to seal up that premonition with more of the same, politically speaking.
‘Republicans [Establishment Republicans] in Washington, D.C., are fiercely lining up behind [appointed] Senator Luther Strange in this year’s special election to finish the U.S. Senate term of Attorney General Jeff Sessions, and the nation’s best known state judge says he is ready to battle big GOP dollars in the primary and defend the Constitution in Washington.

Moore’s commitment to America is unparalleled [Unparalleled? Some hyperbole here?] in modern politics, which has devolved into a terrible parody of itself in recent years. Where most politicians are busy trying to stay elected, Roy Moore has kept busy truly governing, and, in the process, putting a whole mess of other politicians to shame [Not all. Therefore it is not unparalleled. He also stood up against the unconstitutional homosexual marriage decision. I supported him in both instances. I was also locked out of my google blogs because of my call for the impeachment of each of the five Supreme Court judges who voted to sanction homosexual marriage. Homosexual radicals went after me just as they did Judge Moore.]

Brooks raised $16,000 in the 1st Quarter, and had $1,182,000 on hand [The article did not say how much money Judge Moore has. His Statement Of Organization was filed on 05/01/2017 so he would not yet have a filing.].”
It seems in the Republican primary the three leading contenders are Congressman Mo Brooks, Judge Roy Moore, and appointed incumbent Senator Luther Strange. All three claim to be conservatives as is normal for Republicans running for office in the South. Luther Strange is supported by Mitch McConnell and Establishment Republicans. That automatically disqualifies him in my opinion. Both Mo Brooks and Judge Roy Moore are proven conservatives. A Conservative Review Scorecard of 88% isn’t the best but it is higher than some proven conservatives that I support.
At this point, I’m leaning toward Judge Moore because he had stood firm against tyrannical federal judges who have usurped their constitutional authority. Not too many have done the same. However, I would support either one before Luther Strange. Because of the number of candidates in the field who will take some votes away from all three candidates, it is probable that a runoff election will be needed. Probable but not an absolute certainty.
