Abolishing the murder of babies within the womb by Congressional law will actually be faster and more effective than waiting on the court. Right now there are five justices on the court who support the murder of babies within the womb. The four radical Leftist justices appointed by Democrat Presidents and Justice Kennedy. Therefore, to even have a chance of the court reversing, we need two more Constitutional Justices and the second one has to replace one of the five pro-murdering babies within the womb justices. Even then, it would take a couple of years, at least, to get the case through the court system.
Passing a law of Congress is the best way of ending the terror of our American holocaust. The best way to abolish the murder of babies within the womb. The best way to stop any State from passing a law allowing the murder of babies within the womb. And it is also best constitutionally.
Life for all persons within the United States including babies within the womb is guaranteed and protected by the Declaration of Independence, Amendment V of the United States Constitution, and Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution. No court, no government body, no individual can constitutionally sanction the murder of babies within the womb. All such decisions, laws, and regulations are patently unconstitutional and illegal and should be immediately abolished by Congress by law!
Statistically, everyday of delay over 2,700 babies are murdered in the womb through abortion using 1 million abortions a year as a baseline. It is past time to attack the evil of murdering babies within the womb on every front with every legal weapon we can use until the murder of babies within the womb is abolished completely throughout the United States and its territories. “Obamacare Bones Remain: House-Passed AHCA Is Still Government-Controlled Health Care [Exactly]

The U.S. House of Representatives today [May 4, 2017] passed the amended American Health Care Act (AHCA), but before the bill goes to the U.S. Senate, Citizens’ Council for Health Freedom (CCHF, www.cchfreedom.org [I had not heard of this organization until posting this article. I plan to post two more articles over the next two days that come from this website.]), is reminding lawmakers and Americans alike that AHCA is still government-controlled health care [The goal is to control healthcare. At the present time, both Obamacare and the misnamed American Heath Care Act are designed to control healthcare insurance which is different than controlling healthcare. The control of healthcare comes with single payer healthcare. Of course, the single payer is the federal government.].
The American Health Care Act is not repeal—and the American people wanted full repeal of Obamacare. Under AHCA, the federal government is still in control of health care, and states must ask permission to opt out of Obamacare’s price controls for health insurance premiums and mandated benefits. Health plans will remain in control as well. [The end purpose IS federal government control of healthcare which is presently estimated to be about one-sixth of the United States economy. That is a huge chunk of the economy for the government to control and a huge step toward government control of the economy. Government control of the economy has NEVER worked over the long run and almost never works in the short term. Governments are not competent to control economies. More importantly, controlling the economy IS NOT the role of government.] The prohibition on catastrophic indemnity plans remains in place. AHCA does not return health freedom to Americans. [No government program will. To have heath freedom the government must not be involved in interfering with the free market and competition. The Founding Fathers understood this. They feared and loathed centralized government control. Ending such centralized government control was the reason for the American Revolutionary War. The main body of the Declaration of Independence was a list of grievances over centralized government control as identified symbolically by the British king.

State legislatures must decide to submit waiver applications, and exemption from certain Obamacare insurance mandates is not automatic. Many states may not choose to do the politically difficult work of ending these mandates, despite their costs, because permission is granted for no more than 10 years. Brase emphasized that Dr. Tom Price will not always serve as the Secretary of HHS [Health and Human Services], and the next secretary may be much less willing to grant state waivers of Obamacare requirements [And it is still Obamacare that is the overall structure for government control.].
Now, with the House passage of AHCA, it is likely that Republicans will ‘own’ everything remaining about Obamacare [Absolutely, And when it fails as it will, the Left will scream for single payer healthcare to “fix” the problems of the American Health Care Act.]. As they claim credit for ‘repeal and replace,’ the public will view everything that happens (as a result of not actually repealing the law [Which was the ORIGINAL promise.]) as the fault of Republicans [And rightly so. The ONLY valid solution is the total and complete repeal of Obamacare as originally promised. Anything less makes the Republican Party as culpable as the Left who originated Obamacare. The same Obamacare that EVERY SINGLE Republican voted against. Now, the same Republicans want to embrace the basic concept of Obamacare?]
The amended AHCA does not expand competition and it does not eliminate federal control. It is essentially Obamacare without the taxes, with limited freedom for states to do what Congress can’t seem to do, and with new mandates, penalties and billions of dollars of taxpayer-funded subsidies, without any guarantee of lower costs, greater choices or broader networks. Today may be a political win for Republicans, but it is not a ‘win’ for health freedom [Agreed.].

The federal government has no constitutional authority to be involved in either healthcare insurance or healthcare. Both are reserved to the States. There should have never been a Department of Health and Human Services, an Obamacare law, or the proposed American Health Care Act.
The ONLY VALID solution for the Republican Party is to REPEAL Obamacare lock, stock, and barrel. Obamacare must not be replaced or revised. Obamacare must be repealed totally and completely and before the election in 2018. The Republican Party will be held accountable. The Left will make sure of that. The Left is not held accountable by the Republican Party but the Left does hold the Republican Party accountable. The Republican Party will pay a terrible price if they do not repeal Obamacare.
